基于计算机视觉技术的武夷岩茶识别研究

摘　　要：该研究对数码相机所获得的茶叶图像经过图像预处理、图像增强后,提取出茶叶颜色、形状特征,用相同的方法获取茶汤颜色特征,通过BP神经网络训练和分类,完成对武夷岩茶品质的识别,实验结果表明此方法有较好的识别效果,检测结果和人工检测结果高度吻合.Firstly a tea image was obtained by a digital camera directly, the parameters of tea color and parameters of the shape was extracted after image conversion and preprocess, tea soup color characteristics obtained by the same method. Then automatically identify of the Wuyi Rock Tea is completed through the training of BP neural network and classification. The experiments reveal that the method improves the consistence between computer inspection and manual inspection.
