葛洪在旴江流域创教行医及对耳鼻咽喉科急症的贡献

摘　　要：东晋医药学家葛洪,传叔公葛玄之学,曾在江西旴江流域阁皂山创教行医,创建葛家道和葛家医,所撰《肘后备急方》对耳鼻咽喉科急症的内容论述十分丰富。记载了世界上最早的咽部金属异物吸出术,以及塞药、滴药、吹药、嚼化、熏洗、熨敷、针灸等多种耳鼻咽喉科治法及方药,运用诸多方法,解困厄之疾,这对江西旴江喉科流派的兴起以及我国后世喉科的发展有着重要的影响。As a distinguished physician at the Eastern Jin Dynasty, GE Hong inherited the learning from his Uncle GE Xuan, and practiced medicine in the Gezao Mountain watershed of Xujiang in Jiangxi Province. He founded Gejia Taoism and Gejia Medicine. His works of Zhouhou Beiji Fang contains various otolaryngological therapies. In order to cure otolaryngological diseases, this masterpiece records the world＇s oldest pharyngeal metal foreign body exsuction and turunda, instillation, insufflating medicinal powder, chew, fumigation, topical application of drug, acupuncture and moxibustion. With so many otolaryngological treatments, it has a very important impact on the development of Xujiang＇s throat genre in Jiangxi Province and laryngeal branch development.
