摘 要:目的调查深圳市食品从业人员戊型肝炎(简称"戊肝",HE)抗体水平分布情况,为制定该行业人员戊肝防控提供参考依据。方法选择深圳市最大的从业人员体检门诊,随机抽取部分食品从业人员,对其血标本进行抗HEV-Ig G的检测,对结果进行统计分析。结果共检测1 251份血清标本,总阳性率为9.1%,其中男性阳性率8.5%,女性阳性率9.8%,不同性别食品从业人员HEV-Ig G阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);食品从业人员中操作岗阳性率为8.4%,管理岗的阳性率为13.7%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着年龄增大和从业时间的延长,食品从业人员HEV-Ig G阳性率增加(P<0.05)。在排除混在因素后,年龄是影响食品从业人员HEV-Ig G阳性率的最主要的因素。结论食品从业人员中HEV感染率较高,应针对高危行业制定综合预防控制措施。Objective To investigate the HEV antibody level among employees in food industry in Shenzhen city, and develop basis for perventing and controllling hepatitis E in food industry employees. Methods Cluster sampling was used to select employees from the biggest center for physical examination,and anti-HEV-IgG detection from their blood samples. Results 1 251 serum samples were analyzed, with the total positive rate of 9.1%; the rate showed no statistical difference between male (8.5%) and female (9,8%) by chi-suqare test (P〉0.05). The positive rate of administrative staff (13.7%) was higher than that of the first-line operations staff (8.4%)(P〈0.05) and the rate increased with the age (P〈0.05). The age was the main factor which affected the positive rate of anti-HEV-IgG detection after excluding other mixed factors. Conclusion The infection rate of HEV was high among employees in food industry. It is necessary to make comprehensive prevention and control measure for high-risk groups of HEV infection.
