摘  要:对福建省一些猪场临诊疑似副猪嗜血杆菌感染的病例进行细菌分离鉴定,PCR扩增分离菌株的16S r RNA并进行测序分析,对分离菌进行细菌形态和PCR鉴定及序列分析。结果显示,获得6株副猪嗜血杆菌分离株,该6株分离株之间的同源性在99%以上,而与国内外参考菌株序列之间的同源性在84.5%-99.2%。发育进化树分析结果表明,分离菌株与血清4型和5型的关系较近,与其他血清型关系较远。研究建立了副猪嗜血杆菌的分离培养方法,并对分离株进行了PCR鉴定和16S r RAN序列分析,为副猪嗜血杆菌病的诊断与防治奠定基础。The bacteria from the suspected haemophilus parasuis infection cases from some boar farms in Fujian Province were isolated and identified, and 16S rRNA of the strains was amplified and sequenced. These strains were identified based on bacterial morphology, PCR identification and sequence analysis. The results showed the sequences homology of the 6 isolations was up to 99%. However, the sequences homology of the isolates with reference strains was ranged from 84.5% to 99.2%. The phylogenetic tree revealed that the genetic relationship of the isolated strains was closer to serovar4 and serovar5, and farther to other serovars. The research developed a technology of isolating and culturing of haemophilus parasuis, and the isolated strains were identified by PCR method and 16S rRNA gene of the isolated strains were sequenced and analyzed. In a word, the research laid a foundation for diagnosis and prevention and cure of the haemophilus parasuis disease.
