摘  要:改革的最大阻力是观念,必须破旧立新。我国职业教育长期固化在中等和专科两个层次,企业培训缺失、社会力量薄弱,由于路径依赖,加快发展现代职业教育必须破解职业教育就是培养技能性人才、办职业教育就是办职业学校、校企合作就是合作办学等"四大"陈旧观念;同时,按照现代职业教育的时代性和现实性,树立市场导向、企业主体、技术技能人才等"四大"新观念。The biggest resistance of the reform and development is concept, we must break the old and establish the new. Vocational education in China chronically curing at two levels of secondary and junior college, the corporate training is deficient and the social strength is weak. Due to the path dependence, to accelerate the development of modem vocational education, we must break "big four" stereotypes that vocational education is to cultivate the skilled personnel, office occupation education is to do occupation school, university-enterprise cooperation is to run school and so on. Meanwhile, according to the times and the reality of the modem vocational education, we should establish "big four" new concepts of market-oriented, corporate main strength, technical and skilled talents and so on.
