摘　　要：随着经济增长模式、社会零售途径和居民消费方式的改变,"电商换市"已经成为浙江省谋求发展新优势的必然选择。浙江职业院校要根据当前浙江"电商换市"对人才的数量、层次、结构和质量等方面的具体需求,有针对性地解决电子商务人才培养中存在的问题,更新浙江电子商务职业教育改革思路,创新人才培养措施,更好地对接"电商换市"战略。With the changing of economic growth modes, social retail channels and residents consumption patterns, “e- commerce replacing traditional market” has already become the inevitable strategic choice for Zhejiang which be called“Market Province” to seek new development. Vocational education needs to be based on the specific requirements of talents such as quantity, level, structure and quality, solves the existing problems in e commerce personnel training accordingly, in order to renovate the thoughts on reforms of e-commerce vocational education, explore the training measures of innovative talents and better docking “e commerce replaces the traditional market”strategy in Zhejiang.
