高职学生职业精神培养路径探索

摘　　要：培养高职学生的职业精神,对学生、学校、企业乃至整个社会的发展都具有十分重要的意义.当前我国高职教育普遍存在重技能培训而忽视职业精神塑造的问题.以江苏建筑职业技术学院为例,对高职学生职业精神培养路径进行了探讨,如在人才培养环节中融入职业精神培养,在学生教育管理中强化职业精神培养,在校园文化建设中嵌入职业精神培养,以及在深化校企合作中加强职业精神培养等.Professionalism cultivation of higher vocational students has some significance of students,colleges,enterprises and the whole society.At present,the problem is very common that higher vocational education lays too much stress on skill training but ignores professionalism cultivation in our country.Taking Jiangsu Jianzhu Institute as an example,this paper discusses professionalism cultivating paths of higher vocational students such as integrating professionalism cultivation into talent training process,strengthening professionalism cultivation during educa_tion and management of students,blending professionalism cultivation into campus culture con_struction,and enhancing professionalism cultivation in school-enterprise cooperation.
