批判与求实:职业教育与区域经济联动发展的现象学分析

摘　　要：职业教育与区域经济联动发展是实现教育与经济"双赢"的重要途径,如何推进职业教育与区域经济协调发展是当前的重点和难点问题。文章基于现象学的视角,对当前职业教育与区域经济间的联动进行了批判,揭示了联动背后的深层次原因,从内在需求与市场需求相结合的价值导向,政府、企业、学校合作共同体的建构以及灵活有效的联动发展机制的保障三个方面入手,提出促进职业教育与区域经济联动向"办实事"方向成功变革的有效路径。The joint development of vocational education and regional economy is an important channel to realize the Win-win of education and economy .How to promote the coordinated development is a key and difficult problem at present .The paper critically analyzed current joint development of vocational education and regional economy from the phenomenological perspective ,revealed the deep reason of the joint development ,promote the joint development to practical reform from three aspects ,i.e.the value-oriented combination of internal needs and market demand , the construction of cooperative community by governments , businesses , and schools , and a flexible and effective mechanism for joint development .
