中德两国牙体牙髓病学临床前实习教学之比较

摘　　要：临床前实习教学是牙体牙髓病学教学的重要组成部分,其主要目的是在学生进入临床实习前,通过一定的体外模拟操作,以训练学生的临床操作能力和视觉能力。如何有效的设计和安排这门课程,是使学生在相对较短的时间内,真正掌握牙体牙髓疾病基本治疗原则和技术的关键。本文对中国和德国大学牙体牙髓病学临床前实习课程的课时安排、教学内容和考核方式进行了比较,希望找出我国目前牙体牙髓病学临床前实习教学中存在的薄弱环节,为我国口腔医学教学的改革提供参考和借鉴。Pre-clinical conservative dentistry course is a major component of conservative dentistry. Through simulation training, it aims to train students＇hand and visualization skills before entering clinical practice.It is very challenging to design and arrange this course effectively so that the students can master the basic principles and techniques in a relatively short time.This article compares Chinese and German pre-clinical conservative dentistry training practices in regard to class hour arrangement, content of the courses and examination methods.It is expected that such a comparative analysis may help to identify the weak points in our current training programs and to provide valuable references for undertaking curriculum reform in Chinese dental education practices.
