摘 要:在许多地方医学院校里,医学教学还存着传统的教学模式即实验教学长期作为服务于医学理论教学的附属教学而存在,因而实验教学一直被放在从属地位。学校实验经费投入的不足,实验教学手段的相对落后,给学生动手能力的培养造成了较大的局限性。实验教学是实现素质教育和创新人才培养目标的重要环节,为拓宽学生思路,提高学生创新能力,地方医学院校应加强实验教学,以提高教学质量。Many local medical colleges are still using the tradi-tional teaching mode for medical teaching, namely, experimental teaching is a supplement to medical theory teaching and is always located in a subordinate position. Insufficient financial invest-ment and backward experiment teaching means have greatly re-stricted the cultivation of students' hands-on ability. Experimen-tal teaching is an important link to realize quality-oriented edu-cation and the aim of innovative talent cultivation. To expand students' thinking and improve their innovative ability, local medical colleges should enhance experimental teaching in order to improve teaching quality.
