摘　　要：加强高校基层党建工作的首要任务是党组织自身建设,这是抓好高校党建的基础性工作,事关高校党组织战斗堡垒的形成与巩固,以及政治核心作用的发挥。加强党组织自身建设,要基于现状、问题和不足,着重班子建设、队伍建设和机制建设等方面加以改进和完善。The primary task of enhancing university grassroots Party construction work is the self-construction of Party organi-zations, which is the foundation work for effective university Party construction, concerning the formation and consolidation of the pioneer role of university Party organizations, as well as the working of their political core role. To enhance the self-construc-tion of Party organizations, we should focus on the improvement of leadership construction, team construction and mechanism con-struction based on the current situation, problems and shortcom-ings.
