规范化护理带教在临床中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨借鉴国际联合委员会(Joint Commission International,JCI)理念设置的规范化护理带教模式在临床的应用。方法以2012年护理实习生作为试验组,采用借鉴JCI理念的规范化带教模式;2011年护理实习生为对照组,采用常规带教模式。结果试验组护理专业学生实习末期基础理论考核成绩、技能竞赛成绩均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论借鉴JCI理念的规范化带教模式对提高护理学生的专业成绩具有重要影响。Objective To evaluate the effects of standardized teaching model based on the criteria of Joint Commission International（JCI）. Methods The standardized teaching model was applied in the experimental group,while routine teaching modelwas implemented in the control group. Results The students＇ performance in theory exam and skills test in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The standardized teaching model based on JCI can improve nursing students＇ professional achievement in clinical practice.
