摘  要:[目的]建立敏感、快速、特异的呋喃妥因代谢物海特因的检测方法。[方法]通过将间羧基苯甲醛和海特因的衍生物接种到牛血清白蛋白上免疫Balb/C小鼠,应用杂交瘤技术制备单克隆抗体,采用ELISA检测海特因的邻硝基苯甲醛衍生物。[结果]采用ELISA检测海特因的邻硝基苯甲醛衍生物,灵敏度达到0.1 ng/ml。制备的单克隆抗体具有特异性高、灵敏的优点。[结论]该研究可为酶联免疫试剂盒的研制奠定基础。[Objective] The research aimed to establish a sensitive,rapid and specific method of detecting nitrofurantoin metabolite aminohydantoin. [Method] The derivatives of 3-carboxybenzaldehyde and aminohydantoin were inoculated with bovine serum albumin to immunize Balb / C mice. The monoclonal antibody was prepared by using hybridoma technique. The derivatives of 3-carboxybenzaldehyde and aminohydantoin of aminohydantoin was detected by using ELISA. [Result] The The derivatives of 3-carboxybenzaldehyde of aminohydantoin was detected by using ELISA,the sensitivity reached 0. 1 ng / ml. The prepared monoclonal antibody had the advantages of high specificity and sensitivity. [Conclusion] The research could lay the foundation for the production of ELISA kits.
