摘 要:教师专业道德决策是教师在其专业生活当中,为解决特定的道德困境,而从多种道德行动方案中选择最符合正当原则方案的思维活动。当教师在面对多种道德行动方案时,首先需要借助某种价值依据以促使道德动机产生,才能作相应的道德选择,形成道德决策。完整的教师专业道德决策一般遵循从初次道德选择到道德判断,再到二次道德选择的实践推理过程。In teachers' professional life, when facing some special moral dilemma, teachers need to select the most suitable one from many feasible solutions. This mind activity is called teachers' professional moral decision-making. Due to the complexity of these feasible solutions, teachers need to depend on certain value foundation, so as to motivate certain moral motive. Only by doing this, can teachers make corresponding moral selection, and form moral decision-making. From elementary moral selection to moral judgment, and then from moral judgment to secondary moral selection, this process forms the practical reasoning of teachers' professional moral decision-making.
