关于浙江省现代职业教育体系建设的实践与思考

摘　　要：近年来,浙江省从招生改革、专业结构布局、中高职一体化人才培养、院校内涵发展、校企合作育人等方面对现代职业教育体系建设进行了积极探索,取得了阶段性进展。但浙江省职业教育发展在层次、布局和制度上还存在一些问题,应通过政府统筹和院校实践,建立"结构合理、贯通融合"的院校布局,搭建"中高衔接、普职立交"的升学通道,完善"财政分担、民资参与"的投入格局,从而加快浙江省现代职业教育体系建设。In recent years, Zhejiang Province has explored the system constitution of modem vocational education from the aspects of enrollment reform, the layout of specialty structure, integrative talent-cultivating of secondary and higher vocational education, connotative development of universities, co-cultivating talents between universities and enterprises, which has made great progress. However, there are still some problems in vocational education in Zhejiang Province in the aspects of levels, layout, and institution. We should establish the layout of ＂reasonable structure＂ and ＂linking-up-integration＂, set up the enrollment gallery of ＂linking-up between secondary and higher vocational education＂ and ＂the interchange between general education and vocational education＂, perfect the investment of ＂fiscal share and the involvement of private funds＂, so that the system constitution of modem vocational education in Zhejiang Province can be accelerated.
