摘 要:基于技术接受模型(TAM),以全寿命周期成本(LCC)评价测算系统为例,采用情景实验法,考察模块化设计对绿色建筑LCC技术采纳行为的影响。实验表明:模块化设计正向影响使用者对LCC技术的采纳意愿,并存在直接和间接的两条影响路径。即模块化设计直接提高了使用者采纳意愿,同时还通过易用性、有用性和风险感知的不完全中介,正向影响了采纳意愿,是绿色建筑TAM的一个显著性外部因素。研究提供了企业采纳绿色建筑技术的新视角,并丰富了服务模块化和技术接受理论。Based on technology acceptance model (TAM), an experimental study was conducted to explore the influence of modular design on users' adoption intention on green building's life cycle cost (LCC) technology by taking LCC measuring system as an exam- ple. The result reveals that the modular design has positive influence on users' adoption intention on green building's LCC technology, and the influencing mechanism, is consisted with direct and indirect functions. That's to say, modular design not only exerts positive in- fluence on adoption intention directly, at the same time through the users' perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived risk perception as incompletely mediator. This not only enriches the theory of service modular and technology acceptance, but also pro- vides a new angle to overcome the users' adoption of green building technology.
