摘  要:本文通过对北京市7所高校和部分科研院所的博士生调查,发现男女博士普遍认为就业比较困难,但在择业结果方面,女博士对择业结果的满意度却高于男博士。通过调查,分析博士生在就业过程与择业结果的性别差异,进而对女博士的就业满意度进行探讨。Based on the investigation of doctoral students in seven universities and research institutions in Beijing, it finds that both male and female doctoral students generally think it is difficult for them to get employed, but female doctoral students' degree of satisfaction for employment result is much higher than male doctoral students' level. Furthermore, the paper also attempts to analyze the gender difference of doctoral students' employment process and employment result, and discusses the female doctoral students' degree of satis- faction for employment result.
