摘 要:建立气相色谱-质谱法测定阻燃人造板中的多溴联苯醚。样品经粉碎后,采用甲苯超声提取,提取液经硅胶净化后,用配有EI源的气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定。结果表明,本方法检出限为3 mg/kg,回收率为91.7%,相对标准偏差为7.79%。该方法灵敏度、准确度、精密度高,适用于阻燃人造板中多溴联苯醚的分析检测。A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) method was established for the determination of polybrominated diphenyl ethers( PBDEs) in fire-retardant wood. The fire-retardant woods were smashed and extracted by ultrasonic extraction using methylbenzene. The samples were purified through silica column. The extract cleaned- up was identified and quantified for the PBDEs in GC-MS equipped with EI source. The results proved that the limit of detection in fire-retardant wood was 3 mg/kg. The recovery rate was 91.7%, and the range of relative standard deviations was 7.79%. The method which was in high sensitivity, accuracy and precision can be used to analyze the PBDEs in fire-retardant wood.
