摘　　要：通过对惠州学院日语专业08、09级毕业生的就业跟踪调查和企业的走访调查,分析珠三角企业对日语人才的需求现状,探索与市场需求相适应的复合应用型日语人才的培养模式,以期为构建日语人才培养模式提供参考,更好地为社会输出符合经济发展需要的毕业生。By interviewing the Grade 2008 and Grade 2009 Japanese graduates from Huizhou University and investigating the employ- ment situation in Pearl River Delta enterprises, this paper aims at analyzing the requirements for Japanese talents in Pearl River Delta enterprises and exploring the training modes of Japanese talents so as to provide reference for setting up a proper training mode of com- pound and application-oriented Japanese talents which adapts to the market demand and exports graduates to society who can meet the demand of economic growth.
