摘　　要：在肿瘤发生、发展过程中 ,癌基因的激活和抑癌基因的失活是细胞癌变的分子基础。p1 6基因是继 p53 和 RB基因之后发现的又一重要的抑癌基因。本文就 p1 6基因的结构、功能异常 。The activation of oncogene and inactivation of tumor suppressor gene were known as oncogenesis molecular mechanism of cellular cancerization.Of the known tumor suppressor gene,p 16 is as important as p53 and RB.In this review,we have summarized the structure,dysfunction and relevant gengetherapy of p 16.
