摘　　要：为适应我国调整经济结构、转变发展方式、提高自主创新能力、增强国家竞争力的战略目标,高等院校必须把培养创新人才放在教学工作的首位。在高等教育大众化的背景下,普通高等院校应发挥差异性优势,合理定位培养目标,借鉴国外经验,促进传统教学方式转型,创造创新人才培养的教育环境。In order to meet China＇s economic restructuring and transforming the model of growth, to enhance the capability of independent innovation, and to enhance the competitiveness of the country＇s strategic objectives, higher education must prioritize the cultivation of talents. In the context of mass education, ordinary institutions of higher education should develop some unique characteristics, learn from foreign experience, promote the transformation from traditional way of education and create educational environment for the top students.
