摘 要:在远程开放教育辍学研究中,我们发现学习基础薄弱成为困扰学员的主要问题,该问题在英语专业(专科)中尤为突出。主要表现为在学习任务和难度有所增加,而学习基础改进无望时,辍学即集中发生。已有的研究认为学习过程是典型的认知过程,其中暴露出的学习基础薄弱可以细化为知识结构和学习能力两个维度的薄弱。围绕这两个维度开展对学员的问卷调查和访谈并收集信息,提炼高频词汇对其进行分析,得出结论:学习基础"两个维度以及维度关联"对辍学产生影响。可以从改善学员学习基础入手,通过改善知识结构,提高学习能力,降低远程开放教育中的辍学现象发生。With the analysis of dropout in Distance and Open Education, we found that instability is the essential factor which makes the students feels confused, esp. prominent for English majors in junior college. Instability is highlighted when learning tasks and gradients increased along with foundation ameliorated in vain. Consequently, dropouts become inevitable and almost irrevocable. The existing researches propose that learning is a typical cognitive process. The learning basis could be further categorized into two di- mensions, that is, Structure of Knowledge and Learning Capacity. This study carried out around these two dimensions of student ques- tionnaire survey and interviews, and collected information, extracting high - frequency vocabulary to analyze it, points out that the study basis "two dimension and dimension link" impact on drop out of school. Finally this paper put forward some new thinking from improve students learning Instability to reduce dropout in the open and distance education.
