摘 要:目的探讨MMPs相关分子互作网络在胃癌组织中的表达情况。方法运用10对胃癌及相应癌旁组织芯片筛选胃癌组织中差异表达基因,结合BioGRID数据库,构建胃癌组织中表达异常的MMPs相关分子互作网络。结果胃癌中多个MMPs家族成员及其互作网络中的18个基因均呈高表达状态,主要参与的生物学过程及通路和癌症细胞的侵袭、转移等过程密切相关。结论高通量组学及相关数据库、分析工具的结合有助于构建癌症中表达异常的分子互作网络,为后续的研究提供较全面的分子学机制基础。Objective To explore the expression of MMPs-related molecular interaction network in gastric cancer tissues.Methods 10 pairs of gastric cancer and their corresponding para-carcinoma tissues were analyzed with microar-ray for screening of the differentially expressed genes,then constructed the differentially expressed MMPs-related mo-lecular interaction network in gastric cancer tissues by integrating the information from BioGRID databases and the mi-croarray results.Results 1 8 genes in the MMPs-related molecular interaction network (also including several MMPs members)were up-regulated in gastric cancer tissues,the main biological processes and pathways that they participated in were closely related with cancer invasion and metastasis progression.Conclusion The combination of high-through-put genomics,bioinformatic databases and analytical tools is necessary for the analysis of cancer-related molecular inter-action network,which will provide more comprehensive molecular mechanisms for the future research.
