摘  要:身体自我认知是对自我身体的观察与评价,自我身体的认知水平与参加体育活动的动机密切相关,常被用来预测体育活动的参与意愿、运动强度和运动时间.因此,提高身体自我认知水平,对于促进个体更多参加体育活动具有重要意义.通过六周有氧健身操练习,旨在探究有氧健身操运动对于女大学生身体自我认知水平的影响.结果显示:经过六周有氧健身操练习,女大学生有7项身体自我认知指标显著性提高,反映出有氧健身操对于女大学生参加体育活动和心理健康有积极的促进效应.Physical self-cognition is the observations and evaluations of one' s self-body. The levels of one' s physical self-cog- nition are closely related to people' s motivation of sports participation, which are often used to predict one' s willingness to partici- pate in sports activities, exercise intensity and exercise time. So improving the levels of one' s physical self-cognition can promote more sports participations. The paper aims to explore the effects of six-week aerobic exercises on the physical self-cognition of female college students. The results show that by six-week-aerobic exercises, seven physical self-cognition indexes of female college students are improved significantly, which reflects that aerobics have a positive effect in promoting sports participation and psychological health of female college students.
