摘　　要：本文根据全国职业教育工作会议指示精神,针对我校生源的多元化实际,作者提出了在工学深度融合的基础上,如何顺利实现中职高职的有效衔接,理清了工作思路,确立了今后一个时期的工作重点是:强化职业技能训练,注重岗位能力的养成与应用,确保各层次人才培养质量。In this paper,according to the instruction of National Working Conference of Vocational Education, directed at the actual situation of diversification in our college＇s student resource, the author puts forward how to successfully achieve the effective connection between secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges based on the deep integration of engineering,clarifies the work thinking,and establishes the key emphasis in work for the next period：that is to strengthen vocational skills training,focus on the development and application of occupation ability to ensure the training quality of talents at every level.
