摘 要:目的评价本科生全科诊室实习效果。方法入选五年制学生100名,按照既往学习成绩排名分成四组。所有学生均在学校完成《全科医学概论》课程并在月坛社区卫生服务中心全科诊室实习2周,实习前后完成试卷答题及病例分析题。结果四组学生实习前对全科医学理论有一定了解,对知识掌握程度无统计学差异,实习后各组对知识掌握均有不同程度提高,学习好的学生好于学习差的学生,并能在一定程度上用全科思维分析病例题。结论临床实践对本科生应用全科思维、掌握全科知识是非常重要的。Objective To evaluate the effect on the clinical practice for undergraduates in clinic. Methods One hundred students were enrolled and divided into four groups according to their scores.All students have finished 《overview of the General Practice》and clinical practice in yuetan community health service center for 2 weeks. They have to reply a questionnaire survey before and after clinical practice. Results All students knew about general practice on some degree and there was no statistical different between four groups.After clinical practice,all of them improved their knowledges and could deal with diseases with general thinking.Students with higher scores were better than those with lower scores. Conclusion Clinical practice is key for students to train general thinking.
