摘  要:采用液相色谱串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)测定了鸡肉中金刚烷胺、4种氟喹诺酮类和6种磺胺类药物的残留。试样用甲醇水溶液(7/3,V/V)提取,经混合型阳离子固相萃取柱净化,由LC-MS/MS进行定性定量分析。该法对所有检测药物的检出限均为1μg/kg,定量限为5μg/kg o添加水平为5μg/kg、10μg/kg和50μg/kg时,1 1种药物的添加回收率为60.6%—109.0%,变异系数为2.1%—13.9%。A method was established to determine the residues of amantadine,4 kinds of fluoroquinolones and 6 kinds of sulfonamides in chicken by LC-MS/MS.The sample was extracted with methanol/water(7/3,V/V)solution,and then the solution was purified through a MCX SPE cartridge and qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by LC-MS/MS.The detection limits of all drugs were1 μg/kg and their quantification limits were 5 μg/kg.When the addition levels were 5 μg/kg,10 jug/kg and 50 μg/kg,the recovery rates of the above 11 drugs were 60.6%—109.0%,and the variation coefficients were 2.1%—13.9%.
