摘 要:进入新世纪以来,台湾因应师资培育多元化方向而朝向精致特色培育,以"师道、责任、精致、永续"为核心价值,期许每一位教师都具备专业知识与技能,并将教育与学生学习视为自己的责任。台湾精致特色师资培育的策略包括:规划师资培育蓝图,引领师资培育发展,确保优质师资;创设专责单位,统合师资培育业务,促进永续发展;推展师资培育优质适量,强化选才育才,确立教师专业素质;推动教师专业发展法制化,发展教师专业发展轨道,确立教师专业地位;统合组织与信息,建构师资培育系统,强化研究回馈政策能量;建构教育人员体系,改进学校教育质量,营造支持教师专职教学的环境。Since the 1980s,Taiwan has focused on quality and profession of teacher education in the context of international multiple avenues for teacher preparation. The core values of Taiwan's teacher education policy include: morality, responsibility,quality,and sustainability. Every teacher should have professional knowledge and skills,and treats education and student's learning as their professional responsibility. After completed and systematic working out,3 stages of teacher professionalization already becomes organized and sustainable. The strategies include: to plan teacher education and lead its development, in order to make sure the quality; set up the specific responsible units, combine all the teacher education's business,and make it keep developing;enhance educating proper pre-teacher; promote the quality of teacher education, then make the amount stay in proper, in order to make sure teachers' professional quality; set up laws on teacher education, develop specialized measures, and to concrete teachers' professional position;combine all the organizations and information, build up a teacher education system, and let the research results can reflect back to the policy; build up a system for educators, enhance school education's quality, and also create an environment to support teachers' professional teaching.
