劳动力供求视域下吉林省发展现代职业教育的政策设计

摘　　要：发展现代职业教育是一项复杂的系统性工程,需要高位的一系列政策设计和制度体系支撑。劳动力供求视域下,吉林省发展现代职业教育的政策设计尤其要关注求职者、职业教育供给者、用人单位等政策利益相关者的价值需求,政策价值坚持合目的性与合规律性的统一,政策价值实现策略遵循需求导向与行动导向的统一。The development of modern vocational education is a complicated systematic project,which requires a series of high level policy design and institutional system support. From the perspective of labor supply and demand, the policy design of development of the modern vocational education from the perspective of labor supply and demand in Jilin Province, with particular attention to the needs of policy interest value seekers, vocational education providers, employers and other stakeholders, policy value of upholding the unity of purpose and regularity, realize the value of their policies should follow the demand-driven strategy and action-oriented unified.
