知识共享型康复沙龙在乳腺癌根治术后患者社区康复管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究知识共享型康复沙龙在乳腺癌根治术后患者社区康复管理中的应用。方法按照住院号随机将108例患者分为对照组55例,试验组53例,对照组行常规社区管理,试验组在对照组的基础上,参与社区卫生服务站组织的知识共享型康复沙龙,干预6个月后,对2组的相关指标进行比较。结果试验组干预后治疗依从性、功能锻炼效果和生活质量均高于对照组,焦虑抑郁水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论知识共享型康复沙龙在乳腺癌根治术后患者社区康复管理中的应用,可以提高乳腺癌根治术后患者对后续康复治疗的依从性,提高其功能锻炼的效果,改善其不良情绪及生活质量。Objective The study aimed to analyze the feasibility of the application of knowledge sharing-based rehabilitation salon in the community rehabilitation management of patients after radical mastectomy. Methods According to their hospital admission numbers, a total of 108 patients were randomly divided into a control group （55 cases） and an experimental group （53 cases）. The control group was given routine community management, and the experimental group was asked to participate in the knowledge sharing-based rehabilitation salon organized by community health service stations in addition to routine community management. After six months into the intervention, the relevant indicators of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the experimental group had higher treatment compliance, functional exercise effectiveness, and quality of life than the control group; and their levels of anxiety and depression were lower than the control group; the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of knowledge sharing-based rehabilitation salon in the community rehabilitation management of patients after radical mastectomy may improve patients＇ compliance to follow-up rehabilitation treatments after radical mastectomy against breast cancer, enhance the effectiveness of functional exercises, and ameliorate their negative emotions and quality of life.
