摘  要:以电动机轴承转子系统为研究对象,考虑转子系统受不平衡磁拉力、油膜力、偏心力、阻尼力以及非对称刚度等因素的影响。应用牛顿第二定律建立电动机轴承转子系统的弱非线性振动方程模型,应用求解非线性方程的平均法,得到系统主共振的幅频响应方程。并分析电磁参数对系统主共振幅频响应曲线的影响,随着转子半径、气密磁隙和铁芯长度的增加,系统的幅频响应曲线均向右偏移。Changing a bearing rotor system of a motor as object, consider eccentric force, oil-film force, unbalanced magnetic pull and asymmetric stiffness, applying Newton' second law the weak nonlinear vibration equation of the bearing rotor system of a motor is established. By means of the averaging method of nonlinear vibration, the first approximation solutions and corresponding to stationary solutions of the parametric and forced vibration of the system are obtained, and the numerical calculation is carried out. The effect of the electromagnetic parameter on the response curves of the Primary resonance of the system is analyzed. With the increasing of the rotor radius, airtight magnetic gap and core length, the response curves of the Primary resonance of the system move to right hand.
