摘  要:为解决当前随钻测量仪器中基于地磁定姿方案易受干扰,惯性导航方案成本高、不易小型化等问题,提出了利用微惯组和磁强计进行组合随钻测量的新方法,设计了低成本微惯组/磁强计组合随钻测量系统。根据系统的总体要求,确定了系统组成、测姿方案以及联邦滤波器的架构,完成了硬件和软件算法的设计,并搭建出原理样机。通过试验得出系统的方位角精度为±1°;通过仿真分析得出系统的误差跟踪和隔离效果明显,干扰状态下仍能使方位角误差保持在±1.5°内,倾斜角和工具面角误差保持在0.5°以内,基本满足随钻测量的精度要求。微惯组/磁强计组合随钻测量系统的成功研制为随钻测量仪器的研究提供了一种新思路。For existing MWD instruments, the geomagnetic attitude solution is susceptible to interference and the inertial navigation solution is costly and not easy to realize downsizing. Considering these aspects, a new MWD method integrating MIMU and magnetometer is proposed and thereby the low-cost MIMU/magnetometer integrated MWD system is designed. According to the overall requirements, the system composition, attitude solution and framework of federated filter are determined, the hardware/software algorithm is designed, and the proof-of-princi- ple prototype is created. The experiment has verified that the system' s azimuth error is ±1 °. Moreover, the simula- ted analysis shows that the system' s error tracing and isolation is very effective, enabling the azimuth error within ± 1.5° and the inclination and tool face angle error within 0.5° even under interference, which are basically ac- cord with the required MWD accuracy. The successful launching of the integrated MWD system contributes a new concept to the development of MWD instruments.
