摘　　要：医学人文教育对于卓越医生的培养具有非常重要的意义。通过资料的整理及分析,文章认为培养卓越医生需要:改革课程培养体系,使人文科学教育和医学教育并重;开展导师制教育,发挥好导师的"传、帮、带"作用;要求医学生参与多次社会实践活动,深入体会患者及家属的情感;建立指标评价体系,通过自我评价、同学评价、教师评价、师生互评促进自我能力提高等建议。Medical humanistic education has very important significance for training the excellent doctor. Through the collation and analysis of data, the article thinks that doctors need to cultivate Excellence： Reform of curriculum system, the humanities education and medical education; educational tutorial system, play a good mentor ＂ biography, help, take＂ role; medical students participated in various activities of social practice, in-depth experience of patients and their families to establish emotional; the eval- uation index system, through self evaluation, student evaluation, teacher evaluation, teachers and students mutual evaluation and promotion ability and so on.
