摘　　要：目前,由于医疗资源分配的不均衡性,医师多点执业一直是社会各界高度关注的问题,而相关法律法规的制定滞后于现实的需求。探讨医师多点执业中监管存在的问题,提出应该从完善相关法律法规,协议分配医疗事故责任,明确监管部门的责任等方面加强监督。At present, because of the unbalanced distribution of medical resources, physicians＇ Multi—sited practice has been highly concerned, and laws relevant behind the reality needs. To investigate problems in legal supervision about f the physicians＇ Multi—sited practice, this paper proposes that we should improve the relevant laws and regulations, protocol distribution of medical accident responsibility, make clear the responsibility of the supervision departments.
