摘　　要：为满足"工学结合"人才培养模式改革要求,应以校内外实训基地建设为主线,大力开展校企合作培养学生专业技能。文章在研究港口服务供应链结构与港航人才培养关系的基础上,结合国内高职港航实训室建设现状,分析了基于供应链的高职港航实训室必要性,并最终提出了此实训室建设方案。In order to meet the requirements of cultivation pattern reform, we should insist the construction of ternal and external training base and bring up students＇ professional skills by the means of school＇enterprise cooperation. On basis of studying the relations between ＇port service supply chain＇ and ＇cuhivation of waterway talents,, combined with the present situation of domes- tic higher vocational waterway training room construction, analyzed the necessity of vocational port training room-based on supply chain, and finally put forward the training room construction scheme.
