如何提高任职院校年轻教员装备教学能力

摘　　要：年轻教员作为军事任职教育院校装备教学的中坚力量,担任着培养武器装备保障类人才的重任。本文针对年轻教员普遍存在学历高而教学能力弱、教学效果差这一现状,通过分析年轻教员在教学整体把控、教学综合设计、教学方法调整以及教学研究创新等方面能力不足的突出问题,从多角度、多方位提出改进方法和措施,达到了提高任职院校年轻教员的教学能力以及改善教学效果这一目的。As the backbone force for equipment teaching in mili-tary pre-post education colleges, young instructors shoulder an important task of cultivating talents for weapon and equipment guarantee. In view of the current situation that young instructors generally have high-level education background but with weak teaching abilities and poor teaching effects, this paper analyzes the prominent deficiencies of young instructors＇ abilities in overall teaching control, comprehensive teaching design, teaching method adjustment and teaching research innovation, and pro-poses improvement methods and measures from multiple per-spectives and dimensions, in order to improve the teaching abili-ties of young instructors and their teaching effects in pre-post e-ducation colleges.
