摘　　要：《大学生心理健康教育》是一门重要的公共课，传统教学法已无法满足学生的实际需要，结合教学实践，精心归纳六种教法，优化心理课堂实效。Mental health education is an important public class, traditional teaching method has been unable to meet the actual needs of students, combined with the teaching practice, summarized six kinds of teaching methods carefully,optimized the psychological classroom efficiency.
