摘　　要：为提升学员分析问题和解决问题的能力,根据数学案例教学法的定义,阐明了案例教学法体现的主要教学规律,提出了实施数学案例教学法的基本要求及步骤,并结合以方向导数与梯度为内容的案例教学,从剖析案例、解决案例、升华案例和效果评价四个方面进行了具体的教学实践.To improve the cadets＇ ability of analyzing and solving problems, this article expounds the main teaching rules embodied in the case teaching method, according to the definition of math case teaching method, proposes the fundamental requirements and steps of implementing the math case teaching method, and carries out some specific teaching practice, in terms of analyzing, solving and promoting the cases as well as the effect evaluation, and by combining the case teaching of directional derivative and gradient.
