摘 要:选用不同比例混合的豆粕、玉米粉、菜粕、棉粕作为原料,采用高产赖氨酸和蛋氨酸的肠膜明串珠菌菌株进行发酵研究,通过正交实验,初步确定肠膜明串珠菌发酵奶牛饲料的工艺:27℃,p H值6.7,接种量5%,培养时间为32 h,在此条件下固态、液态饲料中总蛋白、赖氨酸和蛋氨酸质量分数最高,奶牛适口性最佳,具有一定的营养保健和增乳作用。This experiment choosed different proportion of soybean meal, corn meal, rapeseed meal, cottonseed meal as a raw material, and adopted the high-yielding lysine and methionine leuconostoc mesenteroides strains for fermentation studies. Through orthogonal experiment, the preparation process of leuconostoc mesenteroides fermentation feed were preliminary determined as follows:27 ℃, p H 6.7, the quantity of 5%, 32 h of incubation time. Under this conditions, content of lysine and methionine, content of total protein were highest quality in the solid and liquid fermentation feed. The fermentation feed is palatability best, and its can significantly improve the cow milk production.
