摘  要:随着运动控制器朝着开放性、通用性方向发展,国内开放性产品相继涌现,但通常基于非标准的接口和硬件。SERCOS接口是供应商中立的开放式接口标准,目前国内在独立运动控制器上集成SERCOS的成熟产品很少,且对SERCOS接口的研究多为伺服从站。该文提出了在独立运动控制器上集成SERCOS主站接口的开放性方案,在介绍SERCOS协议的基础上,详细分析了SERCOS主站接口的设计与实现过程,并给出了开发参考实例。该方案在提高运动控制器开放性的同时大大提高了控制器性能,便于实现分布式多轴控制。经现场实测,集成SERCOS主站接口的运动控制器工作稳定可靠,实现了对从站的正常控制。Opening products of motion controller emerge as motion controller was developed in the direction of openness and generality in China. But they were usually based on nonstandard interface and hardware. SERCOS interface was neutral and opening interface standard. There are no mature products of independent motion controller integrated with SERCOS at present. And the research of SERCOS interface mostly focuses on slave station. So this paper puts forward an opening solution that independent motion controller integrates SERCOS. On the basis of introducing SERCOS protocol,this paper analyzes the design and implementation of the SERCOS master station interface in detail and provides a reference sample. This solution can improve the openness and performance greatly with easily controlling multiple axes. Practical test shows that motion controller works stably and reliably with controlling slave normally.
