新诊断的成人非症状性癫痫体液免疫变化及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨体液免疫在新诊断的成人非症状性癫痫发病机制中的作用。方法采用胶乳增强免疫比浊法测定56例新诊断的成人非症状性癫痫(实验组)和141例正常成人(对照组)血清IgA、IgG、IgM、C3、C4的水平。结果癫痫实验组血清IgA水平[(2.21±1.14)g/L]显著低于正常组[(2.32±0.75)g/L,F=9.76,P<0.01],而血清IgG、IgM、C3、C4水平在癫痫组及对照组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。实验组内血清IgA水平按性别、发作类型及病因分类比较亦无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论低水平血清IgA可能为成人非症状性癫痫的血生化标志之一,对研究成人非症状性癫痫的发病机制,探索成人非症状性癫痫的免疫治疗途径、研发新药提供了理论基础。Objective To explore the role of humoral immune in newly diagnosed adult patients with non-symptomatic epi-lepsy in pathogeny.Methods The serum levels of IgA, IgG, IgM, C3, C4 were determined by latex-enhanced immunoturbi-dimetry assay in 56 newly diagnosed adult patients with non-symptomatic epilepsy as trials group and 141 healthy as normal controls group. Results The serum IgA concentrations in trials group[（2.21 ± 1.14）g/L]were significantly lower compared to those in normal control group[（2.32 ± 0.75）mg/L] （F=9.76, P0.05） .In trials group, there was no signficant differ-ence in the level of serum IgA between two groups according to the sex of patients, the pathogeny of epilepsy and the types of seizure（P〉0.05）.Conclusion It is concluded that the decrease of IgA may be the hopeful biomarker in the diagnosis of non-symptomatic epilepsy, which probobly takes part in the physiopathological course in epilepsy. It is suggested that it will be helpful to research new drugs for the treatment of epilepsy patients.
