民族院校大学生情绪智力与人际关系、人格特质的关系  

The Connection of College Students' Emotional Intelligence with Interpersonal Relationship in Institute of Nationalities

摘　　要：以400名民族院校大学生为被试,考察民族院校大学生的人际关系状况,民族院校大学生情绪智力与人际关系、人格特质之间的关系.结果表明,民族院校大学生的人际关系存在一定程度的困扰,有相当一部分大学生的困扰程度较严重;民族院校大学生的情绪智力和人际关系存在显著正相关;民族院校大学生的人际关系与大五人格5个维度的相关均显著;民族院校大学生情绪智力对尽责性、开放性和人际关系均有显著预测作用.Taking 400 college students from institute of nationalities as the examinees, this article investigates the interpersonal relationship status of the college students in institute of nationalities,the connection of college students ’emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship, and personal characteristics.The result shows that a certain extent of perplex exists among college students in institute of nationalities that quite a lot of college students in severe perplex;the emotional intelligence of nationality institute students and interpersonal relationship are significant positive correlation. The interpersonal relationship of nationality institute students ’correlation with 5 dimensions big five personalities are evident;the emotional intelligence of nationality institute students has remarkable predictive effect on responsibility,opening and interpersonal relationship.
