摘　　要：为基础教育培养合格师资,是师范院校重要的办学追求,也是保障基础教育改革和发展的关键,成都师范学院在探索师范生就业的过程中,形成了全程化、全员化等"四化"机制,就业研究、服务等"八平台"的就业促进模式,有力推动了师范生就业质量的提升。Cultivating qualified teaching staff for basic education is the running persuit of normal universities and the key to guarantee of basic education reform and development. Chengdu Normal University has formed the“Four Moderni-zations” and “Eight Platforms”employment promotion mode of normal university students,which is a strong impetus to the normal university studentsˊenhancement of the quality of employment.
