摘 要:文章从新媒体时代大学生主体性培育视角入手,分析认为新媒体时代大学生主体性培育面临正反两方面的机遇与挑战。即主体性定位视野的全方位拓展、主体性形成的多角度认知和主体能力培养的多视角切入的时代际遇,价值迷惘、时间和精力分配不合理以及自我教育不力的成长现实。在厘清事实,反思问题的基础上,探寻新媒体条件下大学生主体性培育的有效路径。通过运用访谈、调查等研究方法,对大学生进行实地调查,反映出媒体素养、价值观及其职业生涯规划、校园活动过程中的新媒体开发等突出问题。研究得出主体地位认知、主体形象塑造以及主体责任承担等要素是大学生主体性培育的核心要素的结论,这一结论对推进高校人才培养信息化进程具有重大现实意义。This paper first analyzes the opportunities and challenges for the cultivation of college students' subjectivity at the era of new media. The epochal opportunities are the all-round expansion of subjectivity positioning, the multi-angle cognition of subjectivity formation and the mu lti-dimensional cut-in of subject ability training, while the growth challenges include the loss of values, the unreasonable allocation of time and energy and the weakness of self-education. After clarifying facts and reflecting problems , the paper then explores the effective ways to cultivate the college students' subjectivity at the era of new media. Through the field interviews and survey on college students, the critical issues are made known, such as media literacy, students' values and their career planning and new media development for campus activities. It can be concluded that obtaining the cognitive subject status, building the subject image and taking the subject responsibility are the core elements in the cultivation of college students' subjectivity, which has a great realistic significance to promoting the process of the informatization of college talent cultivation.
