摘　　要：为了科学合理地指导电力部门营销和规划等工作的开展,为多部门市场分析预测和决策提供科学依据,对贵州电网中长期负荷预测方法进行了研究,设计了中长期负荷预测管理平台。给出了平台的总体设计思路,详细阐述了平台的八大功能,并介绍了应用成效。平台的建成有助于提高负荷预测的准确性,进而提高电网规划的合理性、有效性与前瞻性。To guide the work of power department marketing and planning scientifically and reasonably, and to provide scientific basis for multi-sector market analysis and forecast, this paper researched Guizhou power grid medium-long term load forecasting methods and designed the forecasting and management platform, described the general design idea of the platform, explained the functions of it in detail, and introduced the application effect. The forecasting accuracy can be improved by the platform, and it can make the power network planning more reasonable, effective and prospective.
