摘　　要：学校教育强调德智、体、美、劳全面发展,美学作为美的现象进行研究的科学已经延伸到社会的各个领域,特别是体育美学在体育表演中表现出来的体态美、韵律美等已被人所接受和研究,然而体育教学中体现出的健康美、精神美却往往被大家所忽视;把美学和学校体育美学练习在一起,通过体育活动使人的形体与动作姿态日益优美完善,让美学促进体育,更好的推动体育美学的发展。School education emphasizes morality and intelligence, body, beauty, comprehensive development, aesthetics as the phenomenon of beauty of science has been extended to all areas of society, especially the sports aesthetics, body beauty, beauty of rhythm reflected in sports performance, has been accepted and studied. However, health beauty and spiritual beauty reflected in the teaching of physical education have always been ignored by everyone. The aesthetics and aesthetic practice in school sports, through physical activity to human body and movements,are more graceful and perfect, and aesthetics can promote sports, and better promote the development ofsoorts aesthetics.
