摘 要:目的探讨运用知-信-行教育模式对新职工手卫生正确执行力的影响,强化新职工手卫生知识,提高洗手依从性及正确率。方法对医院2012年92名新职工运用知-信-行教育模式,重点围绕手卫生的5个时刻、正确的洗手方法及免洗液的推广使用3个方面进行手卫生培训,比较教育培训前后手卫生认识掌握、手卫生执行情况。结果培训后新职工手卫生认识掌握及手卫生正确执行力均较培训前有显著提高,其中手卫生概念与意义得分由(4.70±1.20)分提升至(6.50±1.10)分,手卫生指征得分由(7.50±1.10)分提升至(13.50±0.60)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);洗手依从性由36.51%提升至63.01%,洗手正确率由69.56%提升至90.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论运用知-信-行教育模式对新职工进行系列手卫生培训,能有效提高新职工手卫生意识,增强洗手依从性和洗手正确率,提升手卫生正确执行力。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of knowledge-attitude-practice (KAP) educational model on the correct execution of hand hygiene for newcomers, strengthen the hand hygiene knowledge of the newcomers, and improve the compliance and proper rate of hand-washing. METHODS Totally 92 newcomers of our hospital in 2012 were selected and received the KAP hand hygiene training. The hand hygiene training was conducted on three aspects including five moments for hand hygiene, proper hand-washing method and the promotion and use of free lotion. The conditions of knowledge master and implementation of hand hygiene were compared before and after training. RESULTS After training, the knowledge and correct execution of hand hygiene were significantly improved among the newcomers. The score of concept of hand hygiene was elevated from 4.70± 1.20 up to 6.50 ±1.10, and the score of washing hand indication rose from 7. 50±1. 10 to 13. 50±0. 60. The difference was significant (P〈0.01). The compliance of hand washing was improved from 36.51% to 63.01%, and the correct rate of washing hand was improved from 69.56% to 90.22% with significance (P 〈0.01). CONCLUSION The KAP educational model can effectively raise the awareness of hand hygiene, improve hand-washing compliance and proper rate, and strengthen the hand hygiene correct execution.
