摘  要:研究以甲醇/氯仿体系为溶剂提取海蓬子籽中亚油酸的最佳工艺条件,实现海蓬子的经济价值。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验设计考查了提取亚油酸过程中的提取时间、料液比、提取温度、超声功率对亚油酸提取率的而影响,得出优化的超声辅助提取参数,提取时间为32 min,料液比为1∶30(g/m L),提取温度为42℃,超声功率为250 W,在此条件下亚油酸的提取率达到74.25%。此法简单、可行、经济、适用、环保,适于工业化生产。The extraction technology of lJnoleic acid from Salicornia europaea L. seeds was studied with methanoL/chloroform as solvent to realize its economic value. Based on result of single factor tests, the method of orthogonal test with L9(34), such influencing factors as extraction time, the ratio of material to liquid, extraction temperature, ultrasonic power were studied. The results show the optimum technology conditions are as followings: extraction time of 32 min, the ratio of material to liquid was 1 : 30 (g/mL), extraction temperature of 42 ℃, ulWasonic power 250 W. Under these conditions, the exWaclion rate oflinoleic acid is 74.25%. The method was simple, feasible, economic, applicative, environmental and fitting with industrialized production.
