摘  要:供电企业对电力消费者进行管理时,由于储备容量的信息不准确,导致供电企业的电网规划与实际用电需求不符、用电量预测准确性存在偏差、报装接电周期长、电网电力负荷分配不均等问题。由此,供电企业以电力GIS为基础平台,建立储备容量信息库、对储备容量进行管理,是实现电力营销信息化管理的前提,也是供电企业提升服务水平和增强电力市场竞争能力的必要途径。Idle capacity management is one of the most important sectins of power demand side management in power suppiy enterprises. And it is an important measure of extension services and increased interaction with power consumers on the basis of previous study of power demand side management due to inaccurate idle capaaity information, it leads to many problems the power grid planning of power supply enterprise and the actual demand .of electriciy do not match,electricity forecasting has distinctions, the installation of electron often overs time limit, the distribution of load is inequality and so on. Therefore, the power supply enterprise can control idle- capacity by establishing the database of idle, capacity information through the power GIS as the basic platform. In this way, power supply enterprises will realize information technology management in power demand side and improve their service level and their competitiveness.
