摘 要:幼儿园教师职业准入专业能力标准应包括观察和了解幼儿能力、环境创设与利用能力、一日生活组织与保育能力、游戏活动支持与引导能力、教育活动设计与实施能力、激励与评价能力、沟通与合作能力、反思与发展能力等8个领域22项基本要求。此标准符合幼儿园教师专业能力构成特点及幼儿教育发展的实际与需要,符合幼儿园教师专业化要求。建议加强评估认定的规范化管理,重视目标导向的幼儿园教师职前教育。The specialized entrance standards for preschool teachers should have ~ subjects wnn z~ es- sential requirements altogether, which are: the understanding capacity of child, the environmental setting, the daily life organization, the games designing, the practice of educational activities, the motivation and judgment capability, the communication and cooperation ability, the inspiration and development poten- tials. These standards are consistent with not only the characteristics of kindergarten teachers" profession- al competence, but also the development of preschool education in practical. Moreover, the standards are also the needs of kindergarten teachers" specialization requirements.
